ADDINGTON STOCK MARKET. CHRISTCHURCH, April 25. At the Addington market to-day the yardings of stock were smaller tnan last week on account of tliere being 110 stock train on Wednesdays. Prime fat cattle wore in keen demand Tor export and prices were firmer for this class, but other descriptions showed practically no change. Pat lambs sold at late rates, and the demand for store sheep showed a little easing off. Prime fat sheep were firm, store cattle were in f£j,ir demand. Bacon pigs sold well, but porkers were easier. Store sheep. —Two-tooth owes 2l>s oil to 27s 7d, four and six-tooth ewes 17s lid to 28s 9d, six and eight-tooth ewes 24s 9d to 30s lOd, sound mouth owes 12s to 23s Gd; four and six-tooth wethers 20s to 235, sound mouth wethers 25s 9 cl, two and four-tooth wethers 24s to 25s 10d; ewe lambs 21s lOd, wether lambs 19s Id to 20s 6d, mixed sex lambs 11s Id to 20s 3d. Pat lambs.—Extra prime up to £2, prime 29s 6d to 335, medium 2os 0d to 295, lighter 20s to 255. _ Pat sheep. —Extra prime wethers to 40a Id, prime wethers 36s (id to 40s Gd, lighter 26s 6d to 355, merino wethers 19s 6d to 27s Gd; extra prime ewes to 40s 6d, prime ewes ous 0d to 39s 9d, medium ewes 29s to 3us, lighter ewes 22s 6d to 28s 6d, aged ewes 19s 6d to 225, merino ewes 12s 9d to 14s.
