PROCURERS COMING TO AUSTRALIA Melbourne, March I. At a meeting of the National Council of Women one woman stated that she had secret information that six female procurers who were driven out of England by the recent legislation met at a house in London and decided that so' many girls were going to Australia they would migrate there themselves, because it would lie months before enquiries were made.
