ADVANCES TO SETTLERS The Government Advances Settlers Office has MONEY TO LEND UPON FIXED OR INSTALMENT MORTGAGES IN SUMS OF FROM £25 TO £3,000 ON FREEHOLDS and CROWN LEASEHOLDS.
