The Muir Larceny Case.

(own correspondent.) Wellington, Wednesday. At the Magistrate's Court yesterday the case against Sydney Muir, charged with stealing two rings belonging to the Hon. P. Buckley, was withdrawn. Inspector Brame said he was instructed to state that there was a complete misapprehension as to the facts of the case, and there were no grounds whatever for the accusation.
