(own correspondent.) London, Sept. 13. It is asserted in Madrid that Germany has occupied other important islands belonging to Pelew, Carolines, Marshal and the Gilbert Group. The New Zealand Shipping Company’s ship the Douglas, from London to Auckland, encountered most unusual heavy weather coming down the channel, rendering it necessary to put into Falmouth for repairs. September 14.

A German General has been arrested on a charge of spying at Belfourt, a strong town of France, in the departmeot of the same name, and has been conducted to the frontier.

Cairo,- Sept. 10. It is currently reported here that Said Pasha, Grand Vizor of Turkey, has been ordered by the Sultan to visit Egypt, but the news had not been officialy confirmed.
