THE NEW IMPOUNDING ACT.
(To the Editor.) Sir, —On account of the numerous expressions of dissatisfaction which is being made by different people for being charged different prices for their cattle when impounded, and the great uncertainty which prevails as to the effect and powers of the
new Act. I have been requested to ask you if you would kindly give us the benefit of your tb*. same, and te’l us plainly what arc iiic true and proper charges we have to meet when our cattle get into the pound. I don’t know whether there are two Acts—one for the County and one for the Borough ; but if there is I only want to know about the County one.—Yours truly, Cattle.
