LONG-RANGE BOMBERS

FIRST BATCH IX OCTOBER (Par Press Association.) ■CHRISTCHURCH, Ibis day. The first batch of new long-range Vickers Wellington bombers ordered for the Royal New Zealand Air Force should reach New Zealand in October, stated the' Minister of Defence, the Hon. F. Jones. Altogether 30 bombers will come to New Zealand, flown in batches by New Zealand and British crews.
