NEW PLYMOUTH VANDALS GLASS-CUTTER. USED (Pm- Press Association.) NEW PLYMOUTH, this day. Some time during the week-end an act of vandalism was committed in the main street, practically every shop window having the plate glass scratched by a diamond or a glasscutter. In some cases the marks were slight but in others a deep gash was made.
