(Reed. Jan. 3. T 1.30 a.m.) LONDON, Jan. 1

It is officially reported from Aden that the Imam of Yemen has nominated his son, Seif el Hussien, to represent him at the conference on Palestone to be held in London.

The selection, of representatives of the Palestinian Arabs is at a standstill. The Government will allow reasonable time but, in default of representation, it will fix a polic> of Us own accord.

The Jerusalem correspondent of The Times states that the French authorities have disallowed members of the disbanded Higher Arab Committee to go to Lebanon to interview the Grand Mufti, who is unwilling to leave there in case he is not allowed to return. It may, therefore, be necessary for the leaders to meet in Egypt without the Grand Mufti.
