Comer, Hangitihi, who have been visiting old friends in the Rakaurca district, have left for Gisborne.—Miss Kathleen Beaufoy is spending her holidays with her parents. —Miss Westerman, Hastings, is the guest of Mr. and Mrs. F. C. Shaw.---Misses A. and I. Shaw have returned to Gisborne after spending Christmas with Mr. and Mrs. W. E. Shaw.

Mr. Ralph Beaufoy is making good progress after his recent operation, although still in Auckland.
