(Reed. Nov. 3,2 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 2. A message from Prague states that the settlement of the Czechoslovakian frontier means that Czechoslovakia has lost GO.OOO square miles of territory, including the best ski-ing grounds and half of the highest mountain, Gerlach.
