MAN’S GRAVE OFFENCES
COMMITTED FOR SENTENCE
(Pur Press Association.) NEW PLYMOUTH, this day. On charges of committing an unnatural offence on a boy of (51 years in a park at New Plymouth on Labour Day, and of indecently assaulting another boy of about the same age at East End Reserve on October 18, Victor Henry Simmonds, who pleaded guilty in the Police Court yesterday, was committed to the Supreme Court at New Plymouth next week for sentence.
