COLONIES OF FUTURE
BENEFIT TO WORLD OPINION IN COMMONS (Reed. No. 2, 3 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 1. In opening the general debate in the House of Commons, the Leader of the Opposition, Major C. R. Attlee, said that the only solution of the colonial problem was the abandonment of the Imperialistic attitude ol holding colonies by mandate for the principle of colonies for the benefit of the world.
