ECONOMIC DIFFICULTIES VAN ZEELAND’S WARNING NEW YORK, June 28, M. He revealed that on -his mission he will discuss proposals for international action to reduce the obstacles affecting trade. He denied he had any intention of seeking loans for Europe. He said that his conversations with President Roosevelt had been truly encouraging.
