Mr. A. D. Bonham, M.Sc., 8.E., who has been awarded the Lew Zealand University travelling scholarship in engineering, is proceeding to England to further extend his professional experience. Mr. Benliam is a son of Mr. A. IT. Benliam, county engineer, Tauranga, and formerly engineer to the Waikohu County Council at Te Karaka. The receipt of this travelling scholarship marks the culmination of a successful academic career/at Wellington and Auckland. He expects to be abroad for two or throe years.
