CUP TO GLEN SPEAR BRISBANE, May 3. At the Queensland Turf Club's races today the Brisbane Cup resulted as follows: —Glen Spear, 8.0 (Spencer), 1; Tapestry, 7.6 (Cook), 2; First Buzzard, 7.3 (Shipton), 3. Eleven started, including Lough Xeagh. Won by three lengths, with half a length between second and third. Time, 3.23.
