CONQUEST OF THE AIR PLEA MADE BY DUKE (British Official Wireless.) Reed. 9.30 a.m. RUGBY, May 1. The Duke of Kent,' at the opening yesterday of Ariel House, the new headquarters of the Civil Aviation Department, expressed the hope that the international commission of air navigation would encourage the spirit of mutual .co-operation, which would ensure that humanity might enjoy to the full the benefit which the conquest of the air could bestow.
