WHANGAREI AGREEMENT

ACTING upon the recommendation of the Executive Commission of Agriculture, which recently visited North Auckland to effect a zoning of dairy company operations, the Springhead Co-operative Dairy Company, Limited, at a special meeting in Wluingarci decided to go into liquidation on the lines suggested by the commission.

The arrangement is that the Mauugntapere Co-operative Dairy Company, Limited, will pay the company on the basis of £7 lbs a ton of output, and the Springhead company will sell its buildings and machinery lor distribution among the shareholders. The factories are within 100yds. of each other.
