MR. O'LEARY FEELS STRAIN A SHORT ADJOURNMENT (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Feeling [ho mental si rain of the heavy work ho has boon doing for some'months, Mr. K. P. O'Leary reached the stage to-day when he was obliged to ask Mr. Justice Johnston to ndjourii Cor ii short time the hearing of the action against .1. W. s. MeArthur. The court adjourned until this afternoon. Mr. O'Leary has had a great deal to do lately, including tooth the Marco trials. He had. made arrangements to leave for Sydney next week for a holiday.
The ease is one in which an application is being made by the Pacific Exploration Company, Limited, and the Sterling Investments Company (N.Z.), Limited, both in liquidation, socking a declaration that ,1. W. S. McArthur is liable to pay either £10,335 4s 4d or the value of the yacht Morewa at the date of its acquisition by McArthur, together with interest at (i per cent, and an inquiry as to the value of the yacht at, the date of its acquisition and all necessary directions as to the holding of such an inquiry. Mr. O'Leary is appearing for McArthur,
