CORONATION PROGRAMME

King F.dward has granted the King George Jubilee Trust permission to prepare a souvenir Coronation programme bearing the Royal coat-of-arms in colour. It, will include a special message from His Majesty to the Empire and the full text of the Coronation service, an introduction by the Archbishop of Canterbury, special photographs of the King and other members of the Royal Family, verses by the Poet Laureate, Mr. John Masefield, an article, “The King s .Majesty,” by Mr. John Drinkwaler, and a short story of the King’s life by Mr. Hector Bolitho.
it is imped that the programme will enable His Majesty’s subjects throughout the Empire to follow the service word for word.
