REMARKS AT MEETING (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Strong objection to remarks made by Colonel T. W. McDonald at a mooting of the Wellington Education Board culminated in the acting chairman, Mr. .T. .T. Clark, calling on him for a formal withdrawal and apology' to members. This was refused, but before the board could consider any disciplinary action, Colonel McDonald left the meeting. Subsequently a motion was passed censuring him for his disregard of the rulings of the chair.
