Thornton, '77. 80. - ANNUAL MATCH . POVERTY BAY CLUB V. GISBORNE The Poverty Bay and Gisborne clubs will play their an'nual golf match nest week-end on the Awapuni links. Play will extend over the whole day, singles being played in the morning, in lots of and"fourball matches in the afternoon. Each four will arrange its own time of starting, and the time may be i>ookcd on the starting sheet at the clubhouse as usual. Special arrangements have been made for catering for lunch at the clubhouse for the whole of the players, and it is hoped that they will co-operate to make the arrangements a success.
