Mr. (I'Mahoi.ey. who was the Hibernian Society's chief office* in both Australia and New Zealand, was also chief commissioner for State lotteries in Western Australia. He took an active nart in philanthropic work, apart from "his activities as president of tho Hib&rnian Society, nnd was the holder of Leo's Cross, a decoration conferred by the Pope.
