MORE BILATERAL

TREATY WITH BRITAIN VIEW OF SIR JAMES PARR (Rccd. May .30, 11 a.m.) 'LONDON, May 29. The New Zealand High Commissioner, Sir James Parr, during a welcome luncheon to a delegation of New Zealand farmers, expressed the opinion that the Anglo-Dominion trade agreement should be more bilateral. “If two Dominions have different tariffs against Britain, it is not right that both should receive similar treatment,” he said.

Referring to the Labour Government in New Zealand, Sir James said it was treating him well. “We are excellent friends,” he concluded.
