Roeentlv there has been an abnormal ambp'iil of traffic passing through, the Waioekn Valiev from Gisborne to Opoliki according to a report from the resident A.A. patrol, Mr. D. 31. McGregor. Two large mobs of cattle, one of which is, now nearimv (lie Onotiki end, also have been on their way through the valley. A flock of 1600 sheep recently was driven through the valley.
