LJ It!IILIGHTS of fashion this season , justly deserve the name of “highlights,” as no ensemble is complete without some sparkling ornament or shiny effect as a finish. This glittering look is not confined \to evening wear, for many day-time weaves are run with metal or cellophane threads, while lame is used extensively for trimmings and appears in blouses for wear with tailored costumes or slim-fitting cocktail skirls.
