TOWNSEND'S PLAN
THIRD U.S.A. PARTY OFFER TO AID BORAH (Blue. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) LONDON. Al ay 28. Tim Washington correspondent of The Times learns that Dr. Townsend recently called upon Senator .Borah and proposed the I urination ot a third party with the Senator as its nominee fur the Presidency of the United States. He assured Senator Borah of the support; of the “old age pension adherents” as well as some members of the late Senator Huey Long’s “Share the Wealth ” scheme. It is mil believed, however, that Senator Borah, who is an aspirant for the Republican Presidential nomination, will form an alliance with these groups. t
