Tim Washington correspondent of The Times learns that Dr. Townsend recently called upon Senator .Borah and proposed the I urination ot a third party with the Senator as its nominee fur the Presidency of the United States. He assured Senator Borah of the support; of the “old age pension adherents” as well as some members of the late Senator Huey Long’s “Share the Wealth ” scheme. It is mil believed, however, that Senator Borah, who is an aspirant for the Republican Presidential nomination, will form an alliance with these groups. t
