NAZI PARTY SCHEME LONDON, Nov. 9. The Daily Mail’s Berlin correspondent says Herr Hitler has ordered the Nazi Party treasury to distribute £25,000 annually to the parents and nearest relatives of those who fell in the Nazi revolution on November 9, 1933. The distribution will be made in accordance with the- necessities of the various families.
