It is reported that Mr. A. E. Russell, of Baldiitlia, chairman of the Otago Power Board, is likely to. lie a candidate for the C’lutha seat in the Labor Party’s interest. Dr, D, ,0. McMillan, of Kurow, the Labor Party’s candidate for the Dunedin West seat against Mr. Downie Stewart, takes lip his residence in Dunedin this week.
