DICTATORSHIP CONTINUES GOVERNMENT’S POLIC Y (Received August 3,2 p.m.) VIENNA, August 2. Dr. Bchuschnigg, indicating his policy to a press conference, declared that the Government- would not return to a Parliamentary policy, but desired peace with the Socialists and would probably hold ail early referendum.
