REPLACEMENT RULE (Received Aug. 3, noon.) . SYDNEY, Aug.. 3. The Rugby union management committee decided “that any player who, bv reason of illness or injury, is compelled to leave the field in matches against the All Blacks, can be replaced, but this will apply to the first half of the match only.” Mr Gcddes has agreed to this decision.
