TO STAND TRIAL
NEW YORK BANKER (Received April 7, noon.) NEW YORK, April 6. Joseph W. llarriman, former head of the llarriman National Bank and Trust Company, was indicted to-day by a Federal grand jury on charges of making, or causing to be made, 14 false entries on the books of tho bank. llarriman previously was arrested on a Federal warrant charging similar offences. The bank did not open after the bank holiday, being placed in the hands of a conservator.
