MINES APPLICATIONS
RESENTMENT OF DELAY (Per Press Association.) DUNEDIN, this day. At a meeting held at Cromwell it was decided to protest against the delay of the Minister in giving filial decision to mines applications before the Warden’s Court. The meeting maintained that the delay in dealing with applications was retarding progress and tho widespread development of mining. Tt was decided to organise a delegation to meet, public bodies and business" interests in Dunedin to arouse interest in tlie protest.
