OBITUARY
THE REV. GEORGE IRELAND (Pur Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The death occurred last night of the Rev. George Ireland, minister of Island Bay Presbyterian Church. Mr. Ireland, who was burn in Scotland, came to New Zealand 20 years ago, engaging in home mission work on behalf of the Presbyterian Church, and was stationed at Patea, and later at Bulls. In 1928 ho was ordained and inducted into the Island Bay Church, where he had remained since. He is survived by a widow and one soil.
