INQUIRIES IN ENGLAND NO REGISTERED PACKAGES (Received Dec. 6, 11 a.m.) LONDON, Dec. 5. Tho Eemuera’s missing mailbags contained ordinary correspondence. No registered mailbags are missing. Detectives ’ inquiries point to tlio bags having disappeared ,while the mails were being unloaded at Wellington.
