BOTH FEET CUT OFF
CHILD’S TERRIBLE INJURIES (Per Press Association.) CARTERTON, this day. A shocking •accident wan reported from Da Infield yesterday afternoon, when Keith, the 2s-yciir-old son of Mr W. A. Hooper, had both feet cut off by a mower.
Mr Hooper was engaged in cutting green oats, which, on account of the splendid season, was excessively high. The littlo chap was completely hidden and was caught in the machine, both feet being severed at the. ankles. He was immediately rushed to a private hospital in a weak condition through loss of blood and shock.
