LONDON, Nov. 10,

Tn a, will discovered, in an old skirt left under her bed, Miss Mary Fitzpatrick, :an Irishwoman, 72, left Mr De Valera property worth £4OOO. It was disclosed at the inquest into her death at Brighton that her brother, her sole surviving relative, is contesting the will and that an action is pending between him and Mr I>o Valera.

Miss Fitzpatrick led the life of a recluse and was found dead in bed. Lashed to the bed was a strongbox containing valuable jewellery. The Irish Press states that Mr De Valera regards as a gift to the State .the bequest of £4OOO left him in the will of Miss Fitzpatrick.
