(Parliamentary Reporter.) WELLINGTON, this day. The Mortgagors Relief Amendment Bill and the Municipal Corporations Consolidation Bill were approved by the Cabinet this morning. , The mortgagors’ relief measure provides for the clearing up of anomalies in the principal Act and protection for those who have contracted ( themselves outside the main Act. It will be introduced this afternoon. The Municipal Corporations Bill and a bill providing for the incorporation of the Municipal Association will come down to-night.
