INFLATION PROPOSAL
“MORAL COWARDICE” LOAN FROM FRANCE SUGGESTED (Elec. Tel. Copyright—-United Press Assn.) (Received Alarch 21. 2 p.m.) CANBERRA, March 21. During the debate on the Fiduciacy Bill. Dr. Earle Page declared that the inflation proposal--was moral cowardice. Two things must happen, Firstly, the Government must be replaced by one which will restore confidence, enabling assistance to be obtained to handle the deficits; secondly, they could secure a gold loan of £15,000.000 from France at '-!■ per 'cent, repayable in 40 vears.
