Hansom explains that thp original contract price was based on work being carried out without the heavy plant the department had installed. and a clause was inserted in the contract papers that the price would be vised when the plant was working. --The plant is now in operation, hut a revision of the price has not been made, and this is what 1 propose.” said the \fioist ev.
