NINE PEOPLE SHOT • ASSAILANT LYNCHED (Klee Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) PARIS, Dec. 3. Ail Italian, who had been previously confined in a mental asylum, ran amok at St. Louis, Duruone, rushed to the police station, and shot a policeman dead. Returning to the street he iplled a sergeant of the Foreign Legion, and wounded seven others, the Republican Guard pursued the man in a car and fired, wounding him, but before they coukl make an arrest the crowd seized and lynched the man.
