STEAMER’S RECORD JOURNEY (Received Dec. 31, noon. SYDNEY, Dec. 31. The Orient liner Orania made a new record trip from Brisbane to Sydney, covering the 447 miles in 21 hours 25 minutes. The Orania averaged a speed of almost 21 miles an hour. The time taken is an hour and a quarter faster than that by the Brisbane-Sydncy express train. "
