ALLEGED FRAUD
“MILLIONAIRE HUSBAND” 'Australian nntl N.Z. Press Association.* (Received Dec.'3l, 10 a.m.) NEW YORK, Dec. 29. Mrs. Theodore Alvarez, an Australian, who said she was tbe wife of an Argentine millionaire, was arrested in an exclusive hotel and charged with grand larceny for presenting a worthless cheque for £220 at a clothing shop. The woman is said to have served a term in Canada on a similar charge.
