TE KARAKA STOCK SALE
Though the yarding was small satisfactory prices were realised at the Te Karak'a. stock sale yesterday. Approximately GOO sheep ' ui'iv offered, the values being about, on a par with those ruling .at recent Matawhoio sales. Mixod aged ewes In fair condition and with fair lam'l's sold up to 30s 6cl, but twotooth wethers wi'W passed in under the hammer at 23s 3d. Fat ewes sold up to 19s 3d. The yarding of cattle totalled about 40. Yearling Jersey heifers sold up to £5 ss, and light fat "cows From £s' 12a 6d to £5 7s 6d.
