Challenge Fours; Sheen, Richards, II Bright, Watson (s), (holders) 30 beat Chrisp, McOulloeh, T. '¥. Crawford, Bovs (s) (challengers) 10. , l A good game resulted between J»-id-dell, Morris, L. Bright, Aljan . (sj and Muller, Ormond, Jones, Gambrill (s), the former winning by 27 to 18. Tho green will shortly be closed for the necessary top-dressing, but through tho kindness of Mr. Paltridge the club have been offered the use of Lis green during' tho winter months. This offer has been accepted ami will thus enable all members to continue playing throughout the winter. ]
