AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND (Pereived April 16, 11 a.m.) CANBERRA, April 16. Mr. H. E. Pratten submits a report on his recent visit to New Zealand to enable him io negotiate a new trade treaty with the Dominion to Cabinet tomorrow, in which he will state that he was unable fo induce the New Zealand Government to agree to any change in the treatment of .Australian butter.
