CHANGES ANNOUNCED (Per Pi«ss Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The Minister of Justice announces the following changes in the Magistracy: Mr. H. Y, Widdowson, senior magistrate at Christehurch, retires at the end of October. Ho will be succeeded by Mr. H. A Young, second magistrate at Cin'istcbiU'ch, Mr. E. 1). Mosley, Timaru, transfers to Christehurch, and Mr. C. It. Orr-Wnlker replaces him at Timaru. The changes take place as soon as possible after November 1.
