The Wainui, for Napier, was tendered for passengers at 8 a.m. to'diiy, and sailed later for Auckland.

The Kiimo, now discharging cargo here, leaves for Napier this afternoon, ihenee Southern ports to load again for Napier and Gisborne, via the usual ports. , . , .■ The Kamona leaves Napier to-day. and will be discharging coal here on Monday. On completion here she sails for the West Coast to load again for Wellington.

The Devon is expected to complete loading here on Monday and sail for Auckland for final despatch. The Norfolk will be lending here shortly for U.K. ports. The Hertford is due at Gisborne about August 2 to load frozen meat aritj general cargo for "Genoa, London, and vVest Coast of United Kingdom ports. The Awahoit sailed last night for Tolaga Bay, Tokorharu. Bay, and Auckland. / The Putiki left Auckland on Thursday for Coast bays, Gisborne, and Napier. Tile Tiroa is. due at Auckland from Gisborne and Coast bays to-day, and is expected to leave again during the week end for flick's Bay and Gisborne.

A westerly gale was blowing this morning at Cape Palliser; fresh westerly breezes at Cape Maria., Cape Campbell, and Cape ijJMpont. , There were passing showers at tJipe Marin and Cape J£gmo'rit. Elsewhere the weather was line.
