Tiroa arrived in Auckland from the Coast nnd Uisborne yesterday afternoon, and is scheduled to sa<il for Hicks Bay and this port this evening. The steamer arrives here on Thursday afternoon, and will be despatched for Hicks Bay and Auckland on Friday.

The Elsie Mary is at present undergoing annual survey and overhaul. She comes off the slip to-morrow and leads general cargo for Auckland. The Ifuanui is on her way to Auckland with general cargo from Uisborne. The Mainro is at the wharf loading Limber fur Sydney.

OCTOBER'S STATISTICS

During the month of October last six overseas vessels having a net tonnage of 5659, and 38 coastal vessels villi a net tonnage of 12,1160, called at His port. The amount of cargo handled during that period is as follows: [i-vrnrds, 4793 tons coastal, 12H4 tons overseas; outwards, 1.461 tons coastal, 473 tons overseas.

At Wairoa IB coastal vessels with a net tonnage of 1240 called, and 1281 lons of inward and 'SU tons of outward cargo were handled.
