LONDON, April 4. Herr Erzeberger had a forty minutes' interview with Marshal Foch at Spa. He quitted the train, looking deeply affected. ■ ' LONDON, April 6. The negotiations at Spa were only purtially successful. Marshal Foch insisted on landing some troops at Danzig, but the majority will go through other ports, inoluding Stettin and Konigsberg. An agreement reached at Spa provides that General Haller's troops m{Ly cross Germany at the rate of ten miles daily. PARIS, April 5. Paris reports that a telegram from Marshal Foch at' Spa says he formally! hold the Allies' right under the armisi; cc Ho land Polish troops at Danzig. He decided to 'use the other routes the Qermans suggested, because it would hasten the arrival of troops. Paderewski arrived here on Sunday.; (Received April 7, #. 30 a.m.) AAISTERDAM, April 6.
